KASESE — Former RDC James Kiiza Rwebembera was on Friday afternoon nominated as NRM candidate for Bugahya constituency. Rwebembera, who beat the incumbent MP and Second deputy premier and public service minister Henry Kajura, won the party primaries after Kajura stood down.
