KAMPALA — The state is still investigating the former LC5 chairman for Nakaseke district, who was charged with forging an O’Level certificate. State prosecutor Patricia Cingtho on Wednesday told Buganda Road Court that Amos Ssempala Kigozi forged a result slip with serial number UO178/56 under index number U0053/178 for Mengo SS, so that he could be nominated for the LC5 elections.
