NWSC, what has led to the water shortage?

SIR — It is high time the National water and sewerage Corporation (NWSC) explained to Ugandans what has led to the water shortage in areas like Kyaliwajjala, Kira and Kireka.

Is the situation beyond control? These days we go without water for three days. When we get it, it is only for one day!
Unlike Umeme which announced the rations of her bitter cake of daily darkness, NWSC is just specialised in sending bills. We should know when we are supposes to bathe or not.
