Mamelodi here for high level FIFA course

FIFA official, in charge of the Goal Project Ashford Mamelodi will facilitate a four-day football administration course for the FUFA executive members, sources at Mengo’s FUFA House have revealed.

Rogers Mulindwa, FUFA media committee boss said yesterday that Mamelodi would jet into the country on April 14 for the course exclusively meant for the executive members.

“We have received confirmation from Mamelodi that he will be here in time for the course,” Mulindwa assured yesterday.

Meanwhile FUFA has dispatched officials to hold regional seminars for school teachers in upcountry regions of the country.

The two-day seminars starting today will be addressed in the north by FUFA CEO Charles Masembe in Arua while Tom Lwanga will facilitate in western Uganda in Mbarara.

William Biyuma goes to Mbale in the east while FUFA vice-president in charge of administration Richard Barigye will conduct the course in Masaka.

The main focus will be on laws, management, training and preparation of a football team.
