MTN, what is wrong?

SIR — I have a problem with my mobile phone. Several times a friend of mine has complained that I keep calling without talking to him. This always surprises me because all the times he told me I had called him, I actually hadn’t. The only logical explanation would be that I don’t lock my phone
SIR — I have a problem with my mobile phone. Several times a friend of mine has complained that I keep calling without talking to him. This always surprises me because all the times he told me I had called him, I actually hadn’t. The only logical explanation would be that I don’t lock my phone but that is not always the case.
On Saturday, April 1, my wife used my phone to call a relative and when I went to the office, again my friend told me that as usual I had called him but not talked to him. Sure enough, when I checked the register, his name was there!
When I told him that it was only my wife who had used the phone that morning, he confirmed that he had recognised her voice but she was talking to somebody else and he had heard some vehicle noise in the background. I am irritating him without my knowledge and what is more I lose airtime in the process! MTN, what is the source of this problem and how can it be solved?
