So once he had raped or rather after having carnal knowledge of a woman without her consent, did she report the matter to the police who then swooped down on his villa and arrested him?
Er, those facts I do not have at hand, but because of his status as Vice-President, he did not spend time behind the police cells. The price he paid for his misdemeanours was loosing his job as the second most powerful man in South Africa.
