A man suspected to have defiled his 13-year-old step-daughter was on Wednesday committed to the high court for trial
Jinja Resident state attorney Fred Kakooza heard that Askia Bin Wangala committed the offence on the night of December 7, 2005 at UEB quarters in Jinja town.
Prosecution said on the fateful night, the mother of the girl had gone for a funeral ceremony, leaving the girl and her two siblings under the care of wangala.
