Kingâ€™s College Budo will hold their annual Sports Day tomorrow at which there will also be a Grand Raffle draw where the winner will walk away with DStvâ€™s latest decoder technology, the Personal Video Recoder (PVR).
MultiChoice (Uganda) has invited the Budo alumni to take part in the draw aimed at raising funds for various projects, and in particular to proffer financial assistance to the needy yet excelling students at the school.
The initiative was introduced by the schoolâ€™s Studentâ€™s Council, and according to MultiChoice PRO Helena Mayanja, it fits the companyâ€™s social responsibility call to partake in the project.
Tickets for the Grand Raffle draw cost sh10,000.
Tickets for the raffle are on sale at the MultiChoice office on Buganda Road, the Garden City branch, the Budonian Club and at Kingâ€™s College Budo school campus.
Budo, that has excelled both on the academic and sports fronts in the past, will be celebrating 100 years of existence later in July.
