THE minister of Education and Sports Namirembe Bitamazire has ordered the Sironko district chief administrative officer to probe into the alleged misallocation of sh28m that was meant for the construction of four classrooms and a pit latrine at Bubbola Primary School.

This follows a report submitted to the ministry by the school chairman, Paul Masheta asking the ministry to intervene so that the classrooms are constructed.

In a letter to the minister and the ministry’s permanent secretary, Masheta said the district tender board allocated four classrooms and a latrine to the school at sh28m, but that the work has never started.
