MANY people in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania do not know about the East African Community (EAC).
EAC Secretary General Juma Volter Mwapachu said this at Nile Resort in Jinja as he met Tanzanian and Kenyan students.
“Somebody told me the other day he just sees the three heads of states of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania converging there every now and again to discuss,†Mwapachu said.
