MTN donates to disabled children

MTN has donated sh3.6m to the Uganda Society for the Disabled Children (USDC).

MTN has donated sh3.6m to the Uganda Society for the Disabled Children (USDC).
MTN’s public relations officer, Tina Byaruhanga, said staff members had contributed the funds.
Byaruhanga said the contribution comes ahead of the Hugh Masekela concert that will be held at Serena Kampala Hotel on September 2 in aid of the society.
USDC caters for over 5,000 children countrywide.
The contribution was handed over by MTN’s human resources development manager, Michael Kaweesa to USDC’s executive director, Jackson Atria at MTN Towers in Kampala.
