KAMPALA-Justice Vincent Kagaba, who has been undergoing treatment in South Africa, has returned home, the Secretary to the Judiciary has said. Ralph Ochan said yesterday that the judge was speedily recovering. Kagaba, who is the trial judge of Dr. Kizza Besigye and 22 other treason suspects, was rushed to South Africa a few months ago with stiff neck complications.
Guards held
KAMPALA-Another three security guards with Group 4 Services were yesterday charged with stealing sh130m from Stanbic Bank. They were charged at Buganda Road Court and remanded in Luzira Prison until a December 1 hearing. Moses Kayondo, Patrick Okudra and Emma Ojango denied the charges.
