SIR— The UEDCL corporate communications manager’s response to Sagara’s article is certainly not in touch with reality.

SIR— The UEDCL corporate communications manager’s response to Sagara’s article is certainly not in touch with reality. UEDCL’s billing system, invoice delivery and customer relations is so poor that many of us had given up on complaining to them because it does not make a difference. The manager needs to get to the ground.
