Councillors last week accused the organisation of decampaigning them.

Police bust
The police in Kabale last week bust a racket of farmers of Kayebe in Ikumba sub-county, who are suspected to be growing and selling opium to drug traffickers.
Kabale CID chief Stephen Barutagira, who led a team that destroyed a one-acre garden of opium, said they had arrested Francis Batura.

Boss appeals

A RUKUNGIRI district councillor on Monday asked the government to provide relief food to the people of Kitimba village.
James Bwitonyesire of Nyakagyeme sub-county said recent heavy rains had destroyed several homes and left people without food.
