THE public has been warned against a pressure group fleecing people of money purporting to register them into the national Resistance movement (NRM) organisation.
Kampala region interim NRM committee chairperson Margaret Zziwa (right) yesterday told a press conference at Plot 10, Kyadondo Road that a group called the National Movement Mobilisers Pressure group was moving around with registration forms to register people. She said the group was demanding sh3,000 and sh5,000 to register NRM supporters. Zziwa said the forms were intercepted in Nakivubo Shauriyako and Kagugube, adding that they beared Gidudu’s signature.
