SIR — Recently, I read an advertisement by KCC enumerating how much they had done in the city. They were responding to a Sunday Vision article about potholes in Kampala.
SIR — Recently, I read an advertisement by KCC enumerating how much they had done in the city. They were responding to a Sunday Vision article about potholes in Kampala.
KCC has actually demonstrated its priorities by placing that advert.
I wish they had spared the money to plug a hole or two. Half a page costs more than sh2.5m and the advert was not run only once!
