City businessman Bonny Katatumba has launched the Katatumba Properties condominium lease sales.
A condominium is a form of home or property ownership in which individual units of a larger complex are sold, mostly through a lease. It may be renovated apartments, town houses or warehouses.
Katatumba said recently while launching the project at his Hotel Diplomate in Muyenga that the property would be sold under 60 year leases.
He said the property has been categorised into three phases.
