Lule, who headed the medical team that attended to Gaetano, said he was fully recovered. At the hospital were his mother Evelyn Kaggwa, Tendo and sister Sanyu.

KAMPALA â€” Enforcement of road safety measures continued to bite yesterday as the police impounded 35 vehicles in the city. Ten motorists were arrested and their vehicles impounded and towed to Wandegeya Police Station for defaulting on spot fines while 25 were impounded in Old Kampala.
