Syda Bbumba should not be sacrificed

SIR — I am not happy with the constant loadshedding. However, I think it is unrealistic to blame the Minister of Energy Mrs Syda Bbumba for our woes. Why should Bbumba be sacrificed when the energy sector is terribly underfunded? The government is spending huge sums of money on supporting Kisanja which has now become a national issue.
