UTV’s Open Up presenter Irene Kulabako has been confirmed the new communication manager at PSI, the guys who distribute Protector Condoms. Kulabako joined the Kololo-based USAID-funded project four months ago on probation. The post fell vacant after Nancy Powell, the American lady who held the job before, was transferred to Cairo, Egypt.
