Ingredients: cubes of chicken tikka grilled in a Tandoori (traditional Indian clay oven) and cooked to perfection in the chef's secret recipe. Once the cubes are finely thoroughly spiced, they are then inserted in a masala curry, which made out of a tomato, onion and cream base gravy.

Information on the dish: Because the chicken tikka masala is prepared mild, it very easily catches the fancy of persons from different origins including children. With sizeable portions of chicken properly grilled in the Tandoori, the aroma received from the dish while on the platter and the taste acquired when you eat it are both ultimately spontaneous. In fact, it is won over several diners as one of Kyber Pass' most delight meals.

It is also important to note that given the size of the chicken cubes, diners should anticipate that it is a filling dish so it would be best enjoyed over the weekends with family where you will be able relax moments after. Its succulence and wholesomeness will have you satisfied for the rest of the day and will only be able to have a salad or fruit for dinner.

Why I recommend it: Under the Indian cuisine and for chicken lovers, I would recommend the tikka masala for its unequalled taste. The chicken is easy to bite into and the mild spicing and proportioned garlic content make it even more appealing.
In addition, the tikka comes with cream base, which offers a calorie contribution to the body. To enhance the presentation, Kyber Pass serves it with petals of egg york.
