COUNSELLING will be accessed by every household in the next five years, the secretary, Uganda counsellors association, Mary Butamanya Bakubagana, has said.
She was addressing a workshop organised by the Uganda counselling association at Mbarara University on Friday.

Kigezi opens
KIGEZI College, Butobere that closed down last month after a students’ riot has re-opened.
The headmaster, Adolf Kisembo, on Saturday said they were investigating reports that teachers encouraged the riot.

Students aid
MAKERERE University students hailing from Ndorwa West have donated at least 250 textbooks to secondary schools in the county.
The students’ patron, David Bahati, said each of the 11 secondary schools in the constituency received 20 textbooks.

Officer irked
KABAROLE district traffic officer Alphonse Bibangamba has decried indiscipline in the transport industry.
He said some managers of bus companies in Fort Portal humiliate Police officers before passengers. He was on Friday meeting owners of commercial vehicles.
