THE Edgar’s Children’s League has attracted over 150 boys and girls from eleven teams ahead of the competitions at Aga Khan PS, August 28. The event, launched last month and organised as a talent development project by former local football model Edgar Watson runs every last Sunday of the month. Its coordinator, Dan Mubiru, said they expect over 200 kids.

MTODA thrashed Kayonza 3-0 in the Zone 6 league on Sunday at Kabale stadium. The league has attracted ten first division clubs from the south-western districts.

LITTLE known super featherweight Isaac “The Hellraiser†Sebaduka will slug it out with Mexican Abizal Santizo on Friday at the Miccosukee Resort in Miami, Florida. It will be three years since the London-based Ugandan boxer entered the ring for a fight. Sebaduka is one of the undercards. The main event will feature Daniel Reyes up against Gerardo Verde in a WBO mini-flyweight eliminator.
