KAMPALA, Monday â€” Uganda has told the DR Congo to arrest and hand over Lordâ€™s Resistance Army (LRA) rebels who have allegedly sought asylum in the state, officials said Monday.
Foreign minister Sam Kuteesa said Kampala had informed Kinshasa and the UN Mission in the DRC of its request and was awaiting a response.
