Sir — The UPDF is not telling the truth about LRA rebels. UPDF commanders claim Otti fled to DRC with 50 men. The UN and DRC officials claim he is leading between 400-500 heavily armed men. Such big group cannot be thinking of surrendering, given the background of LRA.

Furthermore, it is perplexing as to where they are getting these big guns. Why is it that despite huge losses, they still get ammunition and sophisticated communication gadgets?
