The college offers mainly biblical programmes, but also emphasises education and communication. The radio station will mainly be for training purposes although its transmission will cover a radius of 80km, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Palmer Robertson, said.
He said the pioneer 20 students picked in August enrolled for a four-year biblical study programme and lectures started on September 1, 2005.
“Students major in biblical studies for four years. But they also receive training in history and broadcasting and literature,†Robertson said.

Robertson said ABC programme combines the opportunity to pursue biblical studies at university level while enabling students to concentrate on studies in another area of interest. Ends
