THE wife of the President, Mrs. Janet Museveni, on Thursday received a group of seven members of the Moral and Spiritual Rearmament at State House Nakasero.
The group comprised Ms. Dorothy Tingu and Mr. Andrew Mukwona both from Uganda, Ms. Jean Brown from Australia, Ms. Amina Dikedi from Nigeria, Ms. Clementine Lue from Jamaica, Angelina Teny from Sudan and Ms. Christiane Gorin from Switzerland.
Moral and Spiritual Re-amourment is a Christian women’s non-governmental organisation that brings together women from all over the world and offers counselling services, visits schools, hospitals, offices and organises international conferences to promote peace and encourage women’s participation in leadership.
Mrs. Museveni commended the group for their efforts to change society, adding that such activities depict rejuvenated hope for humanity in the world.
