ACCORDING to a recent report released by Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) organisations, 46,218 councillors were elected from LCI to LC5 countrywide.

ACCORDING to a recent report released by Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) organisations, 46,218 councillors were elected from LCI to LC5 countrywide.
In the report, PWDs commended the Government for its tireless efforts to ensure equal political representation as stipulated by the Constitution and the Local Government Act.
There has been great development in political representation which is very good for Uganda, the report said.
