The Presidential advisor on political affairs, Moses Byaruhanga, has criticised the Movement Secretariat for misusing its annual allocation of sh6b to mobilise supporters, reports Frederick Kiwanuka.
Byaruhanga, while meeting cadres in Luweero recently, said most of the money did not trickle down to the grassroots mobilisers yet they were the ones doing the mobilisation.
