LEADERS in Kasese have formed a development forum.
Political leaders in Busongora north constituency said the forum is aimed at monitoring and evaluating development programmes and projects in the region.
“We want to ensure quality of the development projects,†Thembo Kistumbire, the chairperson of the forum, said recently in Kasese.
He said the forum would also monitor the performance of civil servants and political leaders.
Busongora residents have always complained that they are not employed by the district because they are less educated.
