SIR— I wish to comment on the recent article “Strike ends at UTC-Kichwamba†in your paper. The allegation of a strike by lecturers at the college and a so-called closure is untrue.
We have been in inter-semester break since February 24. Let therefore nobody be deceived that the college was closed because of a strike. Would it have been of any use for lecturers to strike during holidays?
