THE former Kampala resident district commissioner, Godfrey Kiwanuka Musisi, has advised Njeru town council to develop infrastructure.
Addressing local leaders during a budget conference at the Uganda Electricity Board headquarters recently.
Musisi said improving infrastructure would woo investors to the area.
“Put your heads together in identifying land on which investors can do business,†he said.
He urged the leaders to promote small-scale industries.
