UGANDA Rugby Football Union (URFU) has named 22 youngsters to play in the Zimbabwe schools tournament set to start on Monday in Harare

UGANDA Rugby Football Union (URFU) has named 22 youngsters to play in the Zimbabwe schools tournament set to start on Monday in Harare, reports Ronnie Kintu.

Uganda will make a maiden appearance in the prestigious COTTCO tournament that attracts all schools in rugby powerhouse Zimbabwe to compete in one week. Namibia and Zambia will also present squads.
The squad leaves on Sunday ahead of their first game on Tuesday.

The squad: R. Turyatemba (captain), G. Chonga, M. Kiiza, A. Lule, C. Kasajja, E. Munenzero, A. Galabuzi, S. Mawanda, E. Butime, C. Bugembe, K. Nkugwa, B. Lukwiya, J. Mutama, F. Lubega, B. Jemba, R. Baba, F. Pimundu, D. Muyodi, A. Bayo, P. Karumira, I. Wavamuno and B. Lukundo.
