South African dancers tour Kampala

STUDENTS from the South Africa’s Beverly Acquisto Academy, are touring Kampala.

STUDENTS from the South Africa’s Beverly Acquisto Academy, are touring Kampala, reports Herbert Ssempogo
They will perform at the launch of Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda’s Kampala Ballet and Modern Dance School (KB&MDS) at Nakasero on Thursday.

The students will also perform in various schools in Kampala as part of the events to launch KB&MDS, a statement said.

Nagginda started KB&MDS to improve the well-being of children and youth through stimulating extra-curricular activities that would boost all-round growth.

Ballet is a geometrical grouping of people dancing to the music.
Classical ballet dance builds and improves discipline, confidence, concentration, coordination, memorisation and posture.
