SIR— May l ask whoever has an answer? What is this public hearing on the White Paper on the Constitution Review all about? Can the parliamentary committee on legal affairs allay my concern?
I thought the Ssempebwa commission did what the parliamentary committee on legal affairs is trying to do now? Could l be wrong? Let the dilly-dallying stop forthwith. Put the White Paper on the floor of Parliament for debate. Time is not on our side as far as the transition
