SIR— I refer to Paul Nabekunda’s recent letter in which he narrated some of the achievements of the late Rebecca Mulira and proposed that one of Kampala’s roads be named in her memory.
SIR— I refer to Paul Nabekunda’s recent letter in which he narrated some of the achievements of the late Rebecca Mulira and proposed that one of Kampala’s roads be named in her memory. I stand to be corrected, but I do not recall any of Kampala’s roads being named after a Ugandan woman. This, therefore, is one more reason why one should be named after this extraordinary woman.Y.
