Rwanda, US Agree On Ties

KIGALI — Rwanda President Paul Kagame and the visiting US Assistant Secretary for African Affairs, Walter H. Kansteiner, have agreed that Uganda - Rwanda relations are solid and good. The two held talks at Urugwiro village on Tuesday evening. “We discussed and agreed that Uganda - Rwanda relations need attention at times, and that attention is being given by both sides, which we think is very positive,” Kansteiner said at a press conference.
