‘Not Time For Parties’

KAMPALA – The Minister of State for General Duties in the Prime Minister’s Office, Prof. Mondo Kagonyera, has said hastening to return to multiparty politics in Uganda can be disastrous. He told a visiting delegation of Kenya Parliamentary Commission, “We shall soon join you in the multiparty system, but personally I am scared of it, you know once beaten twice shy.”Ends
