KAMWENGE — Residents of Rukumyu trading centre have instituted a security levy to cater for two armed guards in their area.
KAMWENGE — Residents of Rukumyu trading centre have instituted a security levy to cater for two armed guards in their area. The residents, most of whom are traders made the decision during a meeting attended by Kahunge LC3 chairman, Peter Sebarera. They recommended that the levy be paid monthly.Ends
