Golfer killed

VETERAN golfer George Semafumu was yesterday shot dead by thugs at his home in Kiwafu, Makindye. He was shot in the stomach on arrival at his home at 3.00am and died while being rushed to Nsambya hospital. Police said he had just parked his car UAB 056J in the garage when thugs armed with pistols entered and put him at gunpoint. The thugs are said to have asked for money and as he was still pleading with them one of them shot him.ends
