KAMPALA — Two Rwandan herdsmen were recently remanded in Luzira prisons in connection with the murder of their colleague. Elias Kadiiho, 74, and Claudian Kalangwa, 50, of Isingiro county in Mbarara district appeared before Buganda Road Court Grade One Magistrate Duncan Gaswaga.Ends
