KUMI — The principal of Ngora school for the deaf, Charles Ekadit, has decried the rate of defilement in the school.

KUMI — The principal of Ngora school for the deaf, Charles Ekadit, has decried the rate of defilement in the school. He said a solution should be sought on allegations of defilement.
