Two Babies Discovered In Busia Dustbins

By David WanyamaBODIES of two newly born babies, suspected to have been dumped by sex workers, were recently found in dustbins in Busia Town Council.A baby boy was found wrapped in a polythene bag in a heap of refuse on Tororo road by a Karimojong who had gone to search for food. The second child was found later on customs road.The district police commander, Florence Kirabira, threatened to round-up all sex workers and take them for medical check-up at the antenatal centres.
