KAMPALA — Aliro Omara, a Uganda Human Rights Commissioner (UHRC), on Friday called for dialogue instead of violence to resolve conflicts. Aliro was yesterday speaking at a dialogue on ‘Conflict Resolution’ at the Grand Imperial Hotel in Kampala. The function was organised by Coexistence Point, a joint project of the Centre of Conflict Resolution (CECORE-Uganda) and The Coexistence Initiative (TCI-USA).Ends
