COURT yesterday admitted as prosecution evidence the hotel bedsheets on which the body of an American woman whom law student Richard Arinaitwe allegedly murdered lay.

By Jude EtyangCOURT yesterday admitted as prosecution evidence the hotel bedsheets on which the body of an American woman whom law student Richard Arinaitwe allegedly murdered lay.The State also exhibited the knife Arinaitwe allegedly used to stab Cecilia Maris Goetz and its sheath. Goetz, an employee of Minnesota Health Volunteers, was murdered at Hotel Equatoria on July 28, 1999.Arinaitwe, a suspected serial killer, is serving sentences for robbery and attempted murder at Luzira Prisons.Hotel Equatoria security officer John Oloka identified the white blood stained bedsheets and the blue bedcover as the ones on which the victim’s body was found.
