SIR— We residents and factory owners in Kawempe are pleading with UEB officials, especially the area manager, to come to our rescue. We have the problem of very little power supply to our homes and industries. This was a result of Value Factory, dealers in maize flour, getting connected direct to the transformer near his factory, tremendously reducing power to residents and other small-scale industries.
