KAMPALA — Uganda will today launch the HIV/IDS anti-stigma campaign and the 2002 World Disaster Report, the Uganda Red Cross Society chairman, Tom Bukuruku, said yesterday.
KAMPALA — Uganda will today launch the HIV/IDS anti-stigma campaign and the 2002 World Disaster Report, the Uganda Red Cross Society chairman, Tom Bukuruku, said yesterday. Bukururu told journalists that the war on HIV/Aids could only succeed if the perceptions, policies and bahaviour of the public changed positively towards people living with HIV/AIDS.Ends
