KAMPALA — The Parliament, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the private sector have contributed about sh1b for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Africa Region Conference. The conference opens on Monday at the International Conference Centre. Uganda and Malawi are to make presentations on terrorism, the deputy Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, told a press conference at Parliament Buildings yesterday.Ends
