By Justin Moro PADER women Peace volunteers Association has called upon the Lords Resistance Army (LRA) rebels to stop their rebellion and respond to the Amnesty law.In a meeting held at Pader town council grounds recently, the group also called upon the government to talk peace with the rebels.The deputy resident district commissioner Pader, Sylvester Opira, appealed to the women’s group to join hands with the Government in the struggle to bring peace to the district.
