KAMPALA — Entebbe Road at Clock Tower will be blocked starting tomorrow for 110 days to allow the construction of the Nakivubo channel. All traffic will be diverted through the space between the Uganda Telecom yard and Entebbe Road, a statement from the Project manager Song Hongsheng said.Ends
